This 90 minute 9D Breathwork journey is a deep, somatic release for those ready to stop carrying resentment, regret, and the heavy stories that no longer serve them. Whether you've been stuck in cycles of self-judgement or holding on to painful experiences, this is where the old weight gets burned to ash.

You'll move through two breath holds on the inhale (minute 25 and 48), each followed by a cathartic release scream that clears the static and sets you free. Letting go is your getaway to healing, growth, and a life lived on your own terms.
